Licensing

In short, we will take photographs for you which you may use however you like, wherever you like for as long as you like — but if you wish to onsell to a third party, please contact us to discuss our additional fee.

Estimates

Estimates are given on the condition that any change to the initial brief will need to be revised.

Acceptance

By booking Sweet Lime Photo for your image creation requirements you accept in full these terms and conditions.

Copyright

Copyright in all image files produced by Sweet Lime Photo remains the exclusive property of Sweet Lime Photo at all times throughout the world.

Ownership

  1. Title to all image files remains the property of Sweet Lime Photo.
  2. We hereby grant the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the image files for which the Client pays.
  3. The image files must not be sold, given away, digitally altered or manipulated by the client without the permission of Sweet Lime Photo.
  4. We will be happy to quote on any additional usage or third party usage enquiries.

Promotional use

Sweet Lime Photo will at all times retain the rights to use the image files in any part of the world for advertising and the promotion of Sweet Lime Photo. We of course respect requests to not use images.

Indemnity

  1. Sweet Lime Photo shall not be liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the image files or other use by the client.
  2. The client shall indemnify Sweet Lime Photo against any claims and/or damages against them as a result of the client’s use of the image files.

Cancellation

  1. Once a booking has been made, Sweet Lime Photo will not book any work scheduled for the agreed date. Cancellation fees may apply for jobs that are cancelled at short notice (four working days).
  2. Sweet Lime Photo may cancel on or before the shoot if the weather conditions or forecast are looking to negatively impact the brief.
  3. In the event of a cancellation, all out-of-pocket expenses and chargeable booking fees already paid for by Sweet Lime Photo — including deposits for accommodation, vehicle or equipment hire, props, travel and airfares — must be paid by the client regardless of notice given.
